Hugs and kisses and claps filled the whole corridor outside the exam hall after our last dreadful exam. Although stress and fatigue have left noticeable scars, they were still drowned out by the look of relief and happiness on all our faces. It was as if every single one of us experienced a divine intervention of some sort, because we all showcased beautiful (and almost glorious) smiles. Hearing myself say "At last it's over!" was like an assuagement of all my grief. I know that sounds overstated, but the exams really have caused me nothing but endless dilemma and sleepless nights. I spent most nights revising until my eyes dropped out, and exhaustion just deprived me from studying more. So, now, all that's over and done with, I am pretty much free to do whatever floats my boat. I can be lazy and stay in bed till about half 12 in the afternoon everyday (which is what I've been doing), or I can be productive and help around the house (which is what I'm planning to do), but whatever it is, I have a choice now, it's not like before when I was expected to revise every single minute of every day. At last it's over!

Anyway, nuff bout exams, it's time for something more interesting...this FRIDAY is our leavers' do!!!wahey! im so excited! I can't wait to see our pink limo! I'm so over the moon!hahaha!

I have quite a few stories to share, but I'm absolutely tuckered out (just been to a party and I'm not completely sobered up) so I'll spill them next time...so til then... moocha moocha!

Bizarrely, I had been so giddy at the start of this week and it was starting to creep me out because it wasn't doing my concentration span any good.

This morning, everyone looked so rough (sorry guys..)because everyone's been revising and most people probably didn't go to bed til about 1-2 am, but I, on the contrary, was very cheerful (even jumpy) despite the fact that i woke up really early to revise and didnt go to bed til half one in the morning. I wasn't happy because I was confident about the exam (because i dont even think i did that well), I was just happy. When we walked in the exam hall, my nerves were fine and i wasn't crapping myself. Then when everyone started writing, i was just sat there...smiling to myself...thinking "why am I not doing anything? what is there to write? it's too nice a day to stress myself out". And that was when it hit me. That two years of endless homeworks and lengthy lessons all come down to this. A piece of paper. It's all so silly, but that's the reality, and i need to deal and even worse live with it. A part of my future, will be largely affected by this. Scary?

So those first five minutes of my exam, weren't actually wasted. But instead that precious time helped me face the reality of all these exams. I'm sure that I'll be more than grateful that i experienced all that when i get good results in August. So till then, finger crossed.
